A calm, collaborative, safe space to explore your emotional world
Understanding yourself changes things
tonic as a space for women wanting a calmer, clearer relationship with themselves.
My work is rooted in the belief that understanding yourself changes things. Rather than focusing on fixing, masking, or pushing through, I take an approach centred around emotional honesty, self-understanding, nervous-system awareness, and creating a steadier relationship with yourself and your emotional world.
I offer ADHD-informed emotional wellbeing support for women navigating overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, emotional intensity, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
The experiences that shape my work
I created tonic as a space for women wanting a calmer, clearer relationship with themselves.
My approach is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life and understand first-hand the emotional impact of spending years feeling overwhelmed internally while still appearing to cope externally. I also understand the complexity of rebuilding and reconnecting with yourself through major life transitions, including motherhood, divorce, identity shifts, burnout, and changing relationships with yourself and others.
I am particularly interested in the relationship women have with themselves. How that relationship changes through motherhood, partnership, separation, diagnosis, burnout, loss, growth, and the many transitions that shape a life. Often the work is not about becoming someone new, but understanding who you are now and learning how to trust yourself again.
